SCHOLARSARCHIVE@JWU

The ScholarsArchive@JWU is an open access Institutional Repository and publishing platform hosted and maintained by Johnson & Wales University Library staff at each of the four campuses. It provides a simple way for the university to preserve and showcase scholarship, creative works, and archival materials in one place. Depositing or publishing work in the ScholarsArchive@JWU creates an active research distribution strategy, expands the reach and value of the scholarship, creative works, and archival material, and allows the university community to easily access and disseminate these materials across departments, colleges, campuses, and beyond. You can find the Denver Campus Restaurant Menu Collection here.
